Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and find a suitable solution.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, for example food, flowers or plants, personalised products, for example special orders or custom-made items, and personal care goods, for example beauty products. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.


14-day cancellation right in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without having to provide a justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
